Aged for longer than the XO Special, this Fine Champagne contains 85% Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie. Remarkably smooth, rich and mellow. Nose: Sultanas, vanilla extract, almost-ripe grapes, sponge cake and a hint of sherry. Palate: Rich and spicy, with cinnamon and cloves. Some drying tannins, cooling menthol notes. Finish: Rich, woody and lingering.
