Knob Creek Quarter Oak is made by taking Knob Creek Kentucky Straight Bourbon and further maturing it in American oak quarter casks for four years. Then a portion of that secondary aged bourbon is mingled with Knob Creek Kentucky Straight Bourbon and bottled. Knob Creek Quarter Oak is bottled at 100 proof.
